MARK ROCKMAN


Mark is a multi-instrumentalist who’s main instrument is the saxophone. He has been playing saxophone since 2007 and harmonica since about 1997. He has played with local DMV bands The Curbfeelers, Gina’s Soul Party and The Loose Ends. He has also played in various jazz settings and first met several of the Moonshine Orchestra’s current line up through a jam session he held in his basement. Mark works for Montgomery County Government during the day and lives in Silver Spring with his wife, daughter and two dogs.

ENRIQUE BERMÚDEZ


Enrique Antonio Bermúdez was born in Central America, on Friday the 13th in the 6th month of 1969. He humbly describes his formal education as very basic; schooling through 6th grade of Elementary school in Nicaragua.

Upon immigrating to the United States, Enrique worked as a janitor and dishwasher until Mr. Mark Rockman (Quality Control Manager in Silver Spring MOCO) offered an opportunity to work in the cleaning team. Today, Enrique continues to work in public service, now in the Montgomery County DOT.

Enrique lives to explore the world and the music throughout it. His hobbies include biannual travel with his wife, daughter, and a stack of books to read, and playing music at every opportunity around the world.
